The Role:

The Finance Analyst – Payroll serves as a strategic and operational link between our U.S.-based plant operations and our centralized payroll function in Honduras. This role will interact closely with external payroll service providers (such as ADP) and support the implementation and optimization of payroll-related technologies and systems. 

The Finance Analyst – Payroll will ensure alignment between payroll transactions, labor cost control, payroll financial reporting, compliance, and employee support across 6 manufacturing plants. This person will also act as a local point of contact with HR and Manufacturing Teams, helping resolve issues quickly and accurately while supporting continuous improvement in payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. 

The Requirements

• AS or BS Degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll administration
• Direct experience working with ADP payroll technologies is strongly desired
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Strong proficiency in MS365, especially Excel

• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Vision is required to perform required tasks associated with job
• Hearing is required to hear instructions, safety warnings, and other communication
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English language effectively
